First process, pressure washing the concrete with a degreaser to the entire area to clean away any: dirt, algae, rust, and/ or grime for a clean surface. Once completed, we will open all the cracks and grind down all spalling areas. After, we will remove all free debris and patch up all areas with a highly protective bonding agent (material) that will level out majority of the flat concrete to be pitched correctly. Finally,
a resurfacing coat of (1/10” - 1”) will be applied to the entire area of the project with a brush finish.

New cement will consist a minimum of twelve - twenty inches of compacted base gravel underneath eight - twenty inches new cement.
