Our team pressure washes the area with a degreaser to clean away any: dirt, algae, rust, and/ or grime for clean surface. Once completed, we will open all the cracks and grind down all spalling areas. After, we will remove all free debris and patch up all areas with a highly protective bonding agent (material) that will level out majority of the flat concrete to be pitched correctly. Finally, a resurfacing coat (1/10”- 1”) will be applied to the entire area of the project with a brush finish.
